pDescription/ppnbsp;nbsp;/ppustrongROCK SOLID JANITORIAL Inc./strong/u/ppstrongGeneral Cleaners /strongHourly Non-Exempt/ppstrongReports to: /strongTeam Leader/Area Supervisor/Area Team Leader/ppstrongSummary of Job Duties amp; Responsibilities:/strong Performs custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors./ppTypical tasks performed include a combination of the following:nbsp;/ppSanitizing restrooms, empties trash, sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, and vacuum cleans and spot cleans carpets. Dusts and spot clean walls and polish all stainless steel i.e. water fountains fixtures. Dust blinds. Dust cabinets, furniture, partitions and desk tops. nbsp;May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, walls, upholstery and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. May also sweep walk ways. Performs other duties as assigned by management./pp1. Set up carts amp; brut barrels; reline brut barrels with small amp;large liners./pp2. Pull trash from offices change liners, wipe desk tops as you pull your trash/pp3. Vacuum all offices and close doors after areas are done (able to lift 45 lbs)/pp4. Detail section each night/pp5. Restroom cleaning/pp6. Set cart-up replenish supplies/pp7. Replenish, toilet tissuenbsp;/pp8. Empty trash (including sanitary boxes)/pp9. Toilet, urinals, sinks, clean thoroughly/pp10. Clean all walls by wiping/pp11. Wipe clean all stainless steel/pp12. Sweep floor under toilets urinals/pp13. Wet mop floor/pp14. Use air freshener/pp15. Restock cart for next day/pp16. Must be able to maintain confidentiality./pp17. Must be able to handle difficult situations and persons in a positive and professional manner./pp18. Must be able to follow directions/pp19. Must be reliable and responsible./pp20. Must be able to mix solutions correctly/pp21. Must be able to report to work on time and work scheduled shift./pp22. Must be able to pass a criminal background check./p
