pDescription/ppAs a bartender you'll be whipping up delicious drinks, chatting with guests, and making sure everyone has a fantastic time. Provide top-notch customer service, and promote a compliant, safe and fun atmosphere for our guests.nbsp;/ppstrongEssential Job Functions:/strong/pulliChampion our code of conduct and always adheres to professionalism./liliAdheres to company policies, procedures./liliFollows all state and federal laws.nbsp;/liliPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Aces amp; Eights recipes and customer preferences./liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils./liliEngage with customers in a respectful and friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. *Bartender is to perform the duties of a Server in the absence of one./liliHandle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed./liliMonitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations./liliAdhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons./liliCollaborate with kitchen staff during service to ensure seamless service delivery./liliStay updated on current drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience./liliObtain and maintain food handler’s certification recognized by the state of New Hampshire./liliObtain and maintain T.E.A.M.S alcohol certification./li/ulpRequirements/pulliPrevious experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate./liliStrong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements./liliFamiliarity with POS systems for efficient order processing./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests./li/ul
