Brasstown is a place where families and guests of any size can make mountain memories year after year./p pWe are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality./p pCOME AND JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM!!!/p p_______________________________________________________________________________________/p pWe currently have an opening for a strongGolf Cart Attendant/strong!/p p /p pstrongSummary: /strongAssist guests with their bags and cart./p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/p pMaintain golf carts in a clean and professional image at all times./p pMaintain service area, bag drop, bag room and driving range./p pEmpty trash inn all areas./p pProperly mark and label golf bags and rental clubs./p pPick up driving range during the day and at night./p pSecure golf cart barn and bag room./p pGreet all customers at all times. Assistance should be offered immediately. Thank all customers when they arrive and leave./p pHospitality is an important part of each associates job./p pa. We stress the importance of a warm smile and an enthusiastic desire to aid the customer in any way possible;/p pb. The quality program is directly linked to hospitality and customer satisfaction. It is making the extra effort to help a guest solve a problem by directing them to the right department or person for help, if you are unable to solve the problem;/p pc. It is imperative that you be able to give directions on the property and in the general area. You should be able to direct guests to popular sights and restaurants./p pEach associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing./p pThe Resort functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours per pay. All associates must realize this fact and be aware that it may be necessary to adjust their work schedule from their accustomed shift due to business demands./p pstrongSupervisory Responsibilities:/strong/p pThis job has no supervisory responsibilities./p pstrongQualifications:/strong/p pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
