Yard Operative

Immediate Opening.

We're looking for a hands-on-hard working Yard Hand to join our team. If you're not afraid to get dirty, enjoy working outdoors, and like being around boats, we'd love to meet you. What you will be doing: Helping get boats in and out of the water. Operating forklifts and other equipment (we will train you if needed). Cleaning up the yard, docks, boats. Fueling up boats, helping put canopies on, delivering boats to customers garages, installing, building and servicing boat lifts and racking boats for winter storage. Assist with basic maintenance jobs.  Keeping things running smoothly and safely around the marina, and noting any damages or problems. Winter duties include all the above mentioned including detailing and re-decking boats inside during the off season.

We are looking for someone dependable and ready to work. Must be able to work outside in all kinds of weather. Able to lift heavy stuff and stay active throughout the day. Boat or marina experience great, but not required. Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record.

This is a full time position. Must be able to work weekends. Pay $15.00 - $30.00 based on experience.
