Construction Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager takes charge of the warehouse and facility. They will interact with other personnel throughout the organization. They will receive deliveries and dispatch material to construction crews. They will be responsible for inventory management. They will be involved in equipment maintenance and repair. This is a "hands on" job.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive and document material deliveries. Coordinate and organize inventory of materials and construction equipment.
• Work with computer inventory management software.
• Work collaboratively with staff on orders and deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with field staff to dispatch and track materials and equipment needs for projects.
• Work with shop mechanic and others to maintain construction equipment and facility maintenance and needs.

Job Requirements include:

• Knowledge of commercial roofing. Ideal candidate will be ready to move from field operations to warehouse position.
• Ability to work with a variety of people at different levels.
• Extremely strong communication skills.
• Strong organization mindset.
• Skills in computer programs and functions.
• Familiarity with construction operations and integration between warehouse and field.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and maintain a professional approach.
• Approach work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates respect for the employer, co-workers, clients, vendors, and others.
