As a consultant, your responsibilities will include providing expert support and guidance, conducting training sessions, and addressing any inquiries or issues clients may face. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be key in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries pertaining to business software and CRM solutions
• Support clients in selecting and implementing the most suitable software solutions for their needs
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to promote effective software utilization
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient resolutions
• Document client interactions and maintain thorough records of support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and suggest enhancements to our services
• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the business software and CRM landscape

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Familiarity with business software and CRM solutions is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude towards client interactions
• Previous experience in consulting or customer support is advantageous but not essential
