In this key entry-level role, you will assist our Czech-speaking clients in navigating and optimizing their use of our business software and CRM solutions, helping them enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance, conducting training sessions, and addressing inquiries or issues that arise during the client journey. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in establishing strong partnerships and ensuring client success.

Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking clients with inquiries regarding business software and CRM solutions
• Guide clients through the selection and effective implementation of appropriate software solutions
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate support records
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and suggest enhancements to services
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business software and CRM technologies

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Experience or familiarity with business software and CRM solutions is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client queries effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to client interactions
• Previous experience in consulting or customer support is advantageous but not essential
