In this essential Junior role, you will provide expert assistance to our customers from Nordic countries, ensuring they receive top-notch support for their home security inquiries. Your proficiency in the Nordic languages will play a crucial role in facilitating clear communication and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about home security products, installation, and troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues
• Provide guidance on best practices for using home security systems effectively
• Collect customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings
• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product features and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the security or technology sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools
