Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Routine Inspection & Maintenance
1.Conduct safety checks and status confirmation of site ventilation systems twice daily (start/end of shifts).
2.Monitor water curtain pump operations and ensure proper water levels in tanks (adjust frequency based on temperature).
3.Capture and archive electricity meter readings daily at 12 PM, including billing cycle dates.
4.Perform scheduled maintenance: Replace all belts every 3 months and address unexpected damages promptly.

Equipment Repair & Replacement
1.Replace faulty motors, pipes, fans, and windbreak fabrics to ensure operational continuity.
2.Diagnose equipment failures and propose preventive improvement measures.

Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Clean water curtains and dust filters quarterly, with additional cleaning if airflow efficiency declines.
2. Maintain site cleanliness: Daily office tidying and weekly full-site sanitation.

Administrative & Coordination Duties
1. Manage spare parts inventory monthly and initiate procurement plans based on usage.
2. Support operations team with equipment logistics documentation and repair assistance.
3. Coordinate with external technicians for repairs beyond internal capacity.

4. According to customer needs and procurement plans, cooperate to complete logistics information follow-up, item receipt, delivery, and storage work.

Requirements

1. Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
2. High school diploma or GED.
3. Prior knowledge in basic electrical power or computer is preferred.

4. Basic mechanical repair skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
5. Strong accountability, adaptable to shift schedules.
6. Proficient in office software.

7. Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin).

8. Be able to physically work on site for 4-8 hours per day(negotiable), every week from Monday to Friday except on national holidays. Exceptions can be made in case of severe weather conditions.
