Remote Customer Success Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Remote Customer Success Associate to support clients virtually as they review and select benefit options that fit their individual needs.

In this role, you’ll communicate with clients through phone, video, and online platforms, answer questions, explain available options in an easy-to-understand way, and help guide clients through the selection process.

No in-person office work is required. You’ll work remotely while providing personalized support and creating a positive client experience.
