In this key entry-level role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking clients in navigating and optimizing their use of our business software and CRM solutions, helping them improve their operational efficiency and customer interactions.
Your responsibilities will encompass providing tailored support, conducting product training sessions, and addressing any client inquiries or technical issues. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will be crucial in building strong relationships and ensuring client success.
Responsibilities
- Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries concerning business software and CRM solutions
- Guide clients in selecting and implementing the appropriate software solutions for their needs
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations that align with client requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick and effective resolutions
- Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to convey client feedback and suggest service enhancements
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the business software and CRM landscape
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service
- Experience or knowledge of business software and CRM solutions is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to client interactions
- Previous experience in consulting or customer support is a bonus but not required
