In this essential Junior position, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional support for our French-speaking clients, assisting them in overcoming their IT and technology-related challenges.

Your role involves troubleshooting IT issues, providing guidance on best practices, and delivering training on our technology solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients will be key to ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients seeking IT support and tech solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient resolutions
• Offer guidance on best practices for utilizing IT solutions effectively
• Conduct training sessions to help clients navigate and maximize their use of our technology resources
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of support provided
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide informed advice

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT support principles and tech solutions is essential
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Familiarity with technical support tools and software
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients in clear terms
• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about IT solutions is highly valued
