The employer is a locally-owned, not-for-profit hospital that has a physician as CEO and a Board of Directors that is heavily dominated by physicians. The location allows for physicians to live in the premiere Northern Indianapolis suburbs of Carmel, Noblesville or Fishers and enjoy an easy to commute to work.
