An established hospital located just outside of Decatur, Illinois is seeking a full-time, permanent Outpatient Neurologist to join their team!

The Outpatient Neurologist Job Description:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• Mon-Fri, clinic hours
• No call
• $75K Sign on Bonus and Up to $15K relocation assistance
• Great leadership and administration team!
  
• $60k retention bonus paid over 3 years
• Covers some inpatient, however mostly outpatient

• Education: Doctorate
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
  
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration
