Sanford Jackson Clinic in Jackson, Minnesota is seeking locum tenens Clinic and Nursing Home coverage.
Position Highlights:

• Daily Volume: 15-18
  
• Provider coverage: 4-5 providers per day
• Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 9a-5p
• Nursing Home: 1 half day a week devoted to seeing patients in 1 of their 2 nursing homes
• EMR: EPIC

This is a 1099 opening with the availability to start once credentialing is complete and the possibility of a long-term assignment.
