Anesthesiology - Pediatrics Physician

Location: San Bernardino County, CA
Start Date: ASAP; as soon as credentialed
End Date: 3 months; as soon as Perm Provider is hired
Schedule: 2 X 10 hr days/wk + 24 hr weekend call; prefer someone who can cover all of this, but will consider someone with at least full week availability 2-4 X per month
Requirements:

• BC Anesthesiologist (Good Pediatric Experience)
• Active, unrestricted CA License
• Clean CA DEA
• Clean background, malpractice, & NPDB
• Must include availability in your response
• Must include an updated CV in your response

Cases: Full scope of pediatric anesthesia; No cardiac or neuro.
Volume: low
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days after all documentation is submitted

Rates: Very competitive - Please submit your going rate and your bottom line rate; I will negotiate for the higher end
