Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB

EMR: Cerner Skills: Anxiety, Affective, Psychotic, Organic disorders; involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, restraint application, group & family therapy Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
