A health services network in Connecticut is actively seeking a licensedRheumatologist for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in New Haven County. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard Business Call Schedule: 1:6 Responsibilities: TheRheumatologist will: Examine, obtain medical history and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Treat autoimmune diseases, musculoskeletal pain disorders and osteoporosis. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests. Create treatment plans, and involve patients and family members in those plans. Initiate appropriate specialty referrals. Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff. Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice Medicine in the State M.D., D.O.
