Job Opportunity: Physician - Emergency Medicine in Cambridge, OH

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care in a 16-bed emergency department with an annual volume of 27,000 visits.
• Work 12-hour shifts within a collaborative team structure, including 24 hours of physician coverage and 36 hours of APP coverage daily.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for patient documentation and care management.
• Support on-site administrative operations ensuring a streamlined workflow.
• Maintain quality standards while delivering patient-centered care.
• Onboard and integrate into a full-time position, potentially requiring local residency.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with significant Emergency Medicine experience.
• A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience (not including training) with at least 2,000 hours in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Ohio medical license (in hand or in process).
• Documented experience in performing essential medical procedures.
• Proof of COVID vaccination.
• Ability to maintain a clean malpractice record and valid licensing.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in relevant discipline.
• Current DEA registration (to be obtained prior to start).
• Must provide a list of experienced procedures and ensure clean malpractice history.
