This ongoing assignment offers a consistent block schedule, providing a great work-life balance with significant time off between coverage. • Weekday PA/NP support staff to handle initial consults and prep cases

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient coverage
• Call responsibility for 3 hospitals all within a 10-mile radius
• Work independently with assistance from urology-specific APPs during weekdays

Schedule:

• Consistent block scheduling: Monday 7a to Monday 7a
• Only one 7-day block required per month
• 24-hour call with a 30-minute response time
• Enjoy substantial time off between your scheduled blocks

Procedures and Cases:

• General bread and butter urology, consults, and emergent surgeries
• Procedures include Cystos
• Pediatric cases are minimal, primarily consisting of Testicular Torsion

Requirements:

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Urology
• Must hold an active Pennsylvania medical license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Credentialing Requirements:

• Standard credentialing process is approximately 60 days
• Temporary privileges can be granted for a quicker start
