We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician for an exciting locum opportunity at a Trauma Level III hospital serving Flint, Michigan. This position involves providing 24-hour call coverage with no clinic responsibilities, ensuring a focused practice environment. The facility supports roughly five patients a day with a dedicated hospital staff and utilizes the CERNER health information system. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for obstetric and gynecological patients.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Maintain accurate records using the CERNER system.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN (No Board Eligible candidates).
• Valid Michigan Medical License and CSR at the time of submission.
• Current BLS certification.
• Local providers are required, with no exceptions.
• Clean background for quick credentialing process.
• DEA verification at the time of name clearance.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Michigan Medical License.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Immunizations: Hep B, MMR, Varicella, and TDAP (within the last 10 years), along with current flu season documentation.
• Recent TB test results within the last 12 months.
