Otolaryngology Physician - Now Hiring

Become part of a thriving ENT and allergy practice alongside two experienced providers, supported by two dedicated full-time allergy nurses. Our client offers strong potential for growth in allergy services. You'll have the independence to focus on general ENT care in a modern office equipped with advanced technology, including videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, microscopes, and integrated audiology services. Optional in-office procedures are also available based on your preference.

Professional Details:
Dedicated weekly OR time
o State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
o State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years
Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available
Work schedule: 4-day work week

Compensation and Benefits:
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (600k+) which includes:
o Quality incentives up to $100k
o RVU bonus based on annual threshold
Commencement Bonus of $50k
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
