Seeking full-time board certified/board eligible Neurohospitalist for an exciting inpatient only opportunity at Level 3 trauma center located in Kingsport, Tennessee that has more than 450 BC/BE physicians on staff and is recognized by the American Heart Association, the American Stroke Association and the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center. 7 days on / 7 off schedule - 24-hour coverage 12-hour day coverage /12-hour telephonic coverage Employed position Average patient volume: patients (including consults) Epic EMR health system-wide Physician extender (NP) support This position covers inpatient stroke and general neurology, including consults in the intensive care unit, general medical floor, and the emergency room and reading routine and prolonged EEGs.
