Job/Practice Description: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Openings in Luling and St. Bernard
• Full time, permanent positions
• Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8a-12pm
• Option to work a 4-day workweek
• Call 1:10
• Provider will work in a primary care setting seeing on average 18-20 patients per day
• Team size: 1 physician and 3 NPs at St. Bernard and 1 physician, 1 Pediatrician, and 2 NPs at Luling
• Can do minor procedures but up to providers discretion

Background Profile:

• MD / DO
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or in Process LA Medical License
