Overview
Well-established OBGYN group in Pueblo, CO is seeking a full-time physician to join their team. The practice offers a 50/50 OB/GYN split, 4-day work week, CNM first call, and robotic surgery access.

Practice Highlights
• Join an experienced group of six OBGYN physicians + four certified nurse midwives
• Balanced 50/50 OB + GYN practice with two outpatient clinic locations
• Average 20 patients per day in clinic
• 4-day work week allowing flexibility and time to explore Colorado
• Call schedule: 1:5; CNMs take first call most nights
• 2 daVinci XI robots available with easy OR access
• EMR: Epic
• Not accepting Locums or visa candidates

Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0 5 years of residency) in OBGYN Required
• CO License (or willing to obtain) Required
• Clean malpractice strongly preferred
• DEA required (must be obtained prior to start)
• Must note visa requirement status (J1/H1B) at submission Required

Schedule & Coverage
• Full-time, 4-day work week
• Call: 1:5 (CNM first call most nights)
• Mix of clinic, OB, GYN, and surgical responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $328,000 $365,000/year
• Productivity bonus potential
