JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active IL License, Controlled Substance License, DEA with Illinois address
• BC
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• DEA
• CSR
• CME documentation from past two years
• COVID 19 and FLU Vaccinated

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency medical care in a low-volume emergency department
• Work independently or with a team to manage patient care
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions in the ER setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital requirements
• Participate in the hospital interview process as part of the hiring requirement
