1. 9 physicians in group
2. Cardiology training a plus
3. PTO: 216 hours + holidays
4. CME: $6000 + 5 days
5. Providing pain services is required: do pre-cert, see patients prior to surgery, trigger points, keep 90% of professional fees and split among members
6. Hospital employed
7. Everyone does everything and they rotate
8. Main OR, GI, Outpatient, L & D
9. Off on post call day
10. Go home every day if they live close enough when on call
11. EMR: Cerner
12. 30% Blue Cross, 45% Medicare, low self-pay and Medicaid
13. 1:9 call
14. Stable group
15. Physicians get along very well and help each other out
