Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $185,000 - $221,000

Responsibilities

• Monday Friday (8:00am 4:30pm)
• Must be able to see patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implanting the patient s care plan
• 100% outpatient working in a primary care setting

Requirements

• Clear and active Family Medicine license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
