This Gastoenterology Locum Tenens position is located in Yakima, WA Location: Yakima, WADuration: November 1 - Ongoing (option to convert to perm)Reason for coverage: Vacancy Schedule: 3 days/week, 2.5 days procedure, .5 day clinic for follow upsShift: Tues-Thur 7:30a - 3:30p (Option for Mon-Wed)Call: NoneVolume: 15-20 procedures/dayScope: Proceduralist - (Colonoscopies, Biopsies, EGDs), 15-20 procedures/dayEMR: Advance MD (templates for GI procedures already built in)Facility: ASC, 1 room dedicated for GI procedures with 3 PACU bedsGroup/support: CRNA runs anes, APPS do the screening, work ups and act as a surrogate.Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active WA license or already has IMLC in hand.Client selling points: Can start ASAP, wants to focus on doing procedures (no advanced procedures like ERCP or EUS needed), can work every week (they have a need to fulfill GI contracts in the community and patients must get procedures done weekly)
