Hematology/Oncology Physician - Now Hiring

Join a physician-owned, multi-specialty group committed to advancing oncology care across community hospitals. As the newest Medical Oncologist, you'll have both clinical autonomy and lifestyle balance built into your practice.

Practice Overview

• Join a collegial team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 NPs
• 200+ primary care referrals feeding into two hospital-based clinics
• Balanced case mix: 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor
• Shared call, light volume with rare in-person consults, supporting strong work-life balance

Schedule

• 4-day clinical week split between two hospitals (2 days each)
• Consistent weekday hours with predictable patient flow
• Monthly admin time built in for documentation and catch-up
• Weekend call averages 2-4 inpatient consults/day, mostly phone-based

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with RVU incentives
• Call stipend: $400/day ( $2,800/month additional income)
