Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon
Location:Near Berlin, Maryland

Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic team near Berlin, Maryland, supporting the Eastern Shore community. This position provides a balanced schedule with 10 days of ED call per month and Monday-Friday office hours.

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care to patients
  
• Utilize advanced technologies, including Mako SmartRobotics and CORI Surgical Systems
  
• Participate in ED call coverage (10 days per month)
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  
• Joint Fellowship Training preferred
  
• Maryland State Medical License (or eligibility for licensure)
  
• Visa sponsorship is not available

• Base Salary: $600,000 plus productivity bonuses based on wRVU
