Details :

• Setting: fast-paced urgent care clinic in Rockford, IL (Loves Park area)
• Duties:
  • Patient volume: 20-30 patients per day
    
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be able to perform simple and complex sutures
• Schedule: Clinic is open every day from 8am-8pm; Needing coverage for about 12-15 shifts per month
  
• Credential within 30-60 days

Required :

• Must be board certified
• Active IL license
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Current BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 1 full year of experience in an urgent care setting after residency
