Are you a dedicated Non-Invasive Cardiologist seeking a rewarding locum tenens position? We are currently seeking (2) passionate Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join our team near Deltaville, VA. Job Details:

• Reason for Coverage: A retiring physician and another on medical leave.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC/EMR
• Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients per Locum per day: 25
• Physicians in Group: 4
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric

Credentialing Information:

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days; candidates need to obtain hospital privileges at Maryview Medical Center
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: N/A
• Presence of Other Cardiologists: No
• Requirement to Supervise Other Health Care Providers: No

Travel Reimbursement Information:

• All bookings must be standard/economy.
• Lodging must be within $150/night.
• Any expenses exceeding this amount must be approved by the facility.

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified (Echocardiography/Nuclear Stress): REQUIRED
• ACLS Certified: REQUIRED
• VA License: Highly preferred (accepting providers needing to obtain a license; must be active by May start)
• Non-Invasive Procedures: Echocardiography, Treadmill Stress Tests, Electrocardiograms (EKGs) - REQUIRED

Shift Description:

• Outpatient Clinic: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Weekend Requirements: N/A
• On-Call Requirements: N/A
