• Hospital Employed: Join a 170+ provider practice dedicated to building an integrated heart and vascular practice. Collaborate with established cardiothoracic surgery and electrophysiology providers.
• Practice Setting: Located on the campus of a tertiary care system, providing patient care to the regional service area.

Practice Overview

• Integrated Care: Provide comprehensive cardiac care within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
• Ancillary Testing: Access onsite ancillary testing facilities including EKG, ECHO, stress lab, etc., conveniently located within the clinic.
• APP Support: Benefit from advanced practice provider (APP) support for both clinic and acute care settings.
• Cardiac Cath Labs: Utilize six state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• STEMI Call Program: Contribute to an established STEMI call program ensuring prompt and effective response to cardiac emergencies.

Compensation Model

• Year 1: Fixed salary based on sub-specialty.
• Years 2 and 3: Transition to WRVU productivity-based compensation model.
