Healthcare Organization: A non-profit hospital-owned multi-specialty group. All primary care offices are recognized as Patient-Centered Medical Homes.

Opportunity: Seeking a mid-level provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care services

100% outpatient primary care
Flexible schedule options with 4 or 5 day work week

Compensation: Competitive base salary, depending on experience ($115-146k) plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures.
