100% outpatient Family Medicine openings Fresno, CA area

• Community Health Center setting- 100% outpatient practice
• Federally qualified for loan repayment and visa assistance
• Group has three different clinic openings (2 are brand new clinics opening this year)
• Full benefits and relocation offered. Negotiable signing bonus.
• Base salary around $250,000 plus bonus plan for added income
• Expected patient volumes: 23 per day
• Center has 16 locations in the area and offers a wide variety of services including primary care, dental, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral health, Cardiology and other specialty services.
• Student loan incentives available through the NHSC
• Group can sponsor J-1 (HHS program) and H1-B visa (cap-exempt). Group covers visa processing fees.
• Desired start date is as soon as possible but open to 2022 candidate who have serious interest in interviewing now
