Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician - Now Hiring

A new OB/GYN locum is available for a Porterville, CA facility and other facility locations within the Central California area (Fresno/Porterville/Visalia).

Required: BC/BE, CA active license and DEA, Vaccination Requirement: Client requires all non-employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless they are exempt from this requirement. This position will require the agency to confirm that the successful candidate is fully vaccinated against Covid-19, unless they are exempt from this requirement. Details: Duration: scheduled to last at least 3 months and possibly extend, the schedule is full-time, 5 days/week (8 hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (12-9pm), and one Saturday per month. One day each week will be clinic and call. Saturday clinic will typically be on the same weekend as call coverage and additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled based on vacation/CME coverage for the team Call details: 1:6 one weekend per month (covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Note Call is not restricted which allows physician to be home or in clinic while on call.

Other information: Deliveries: Varies, 0-6+ on weekdays and weekends, Caseload: 22 to 24 patients per 8 hours in clinic. Procedures: Full scope including LEEPS, cryotherapy, colposcopy, IUDs, nexplanon, and endometrial biopsies.
