Do they have to do procedures? If they could intubate would be great for proning opportunities. Not a deal breaker.

How many other Hospitalists are on with this provider? We have 2 full time day shift and each of them will team up with a MidLevel provider. (APN/PA)

Is the ICU Open or Closed? Open but with auto consult to Hospitalist. We have Pulmonary, Nephrology, Cardiology on site.
