• In-patient and Out-patient Setting Mix
• On-going Need
• Call + Regular Scheduled Shifts

Candidate Requirements:

• WI licensure not required (would prefer providers with an active IMLC)

• Required Certifications: ACLS,BLS,PALS,AHA,

• Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible
• Clean Record: No Malpractice Claims

Job/Practice Description:

• Open Dates:
• June 21 to July 1
• July 26 to Aug 1
• Aug 16 - 18
• Aug 26 - Sept 9
• Oct and beyond TBD
• Must be able to perform circumcisions
• Will need to be available for orientation the day before first shift
