• Call Schedule: 4p-7a; nights & 8a-8a; Fri-Sun
- 2 weeknights & every other weekends.
- May move to every 3rd week.
• Call Ratio: 3 providers; CV, General & OB.
• Patient Volume: varies per unit
- GI Lab IP & OP (20-30), Surgery (25-30)
- Interventional Procedure Lab (Cath, IR, EP & Neuro) (3-7)
• Patient Demographics: varies
- No pediatric unit but may have a rare case.
• Support Staff:
- 9 other Anes MDs, CRNA s & Anesthesia techs.
• Case Mix:
- Focusing on Cardiac but if no Cardiac cases, will be asked to cover General cases.
• Required procedures:
- Performing and interpreting TEE s.
- Special procedures: Cardiac, Neuro, General, Plastics, Pulmonary, Spine, Ortho, OB/GYN, Uro , IR, GI, EP, Cath Lab.
• No. of Beds: 228
• No. of ORs: 8-11 daily for 7-8 Blocks
• No. of Procedure Rooms: 2
• ASA Level: II & III primarily
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Has certified Stroke Center.
- Interview will be a Webex Video Call.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• WI License
• BC
• DEA
• With experience on Epic (preferred)
• TEE certification (preferred)c
