- Routine delivery, Complicated delivery, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology: IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
- Surgical gyne: Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only: tubal ligation, LOAs, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic): ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Cerner
• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• WI License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS & PALS
