• Salary of 400,000, plus production bonuses
• Call of 1:4.
• Sign-on bonus amount will range from 15,000-30,000
• Vacation time of 3 weeks, plus 1 week for CME
• Practice site one mile from hospital in downtown Indiana; future plans to move onto hospital campus
• 24/7 PCI without open heart backup and hospitalist programs recently started
• Call 1:4 (not in-house)
