• Family Medicine Physician
• This group has clinic locations in Greenville, Wilson, Tarboro, Windsor, and the Outer Banks
• State-of-the art clinics constructed in 2018
• Live near the beaches of North Carolina
• Practice specialists include: Primary Care, Neurology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Thoracic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Dermatology, and Infectious Disease
• Services on-site include: cardiac pulmonary rehab, respiratory therapy, moderate complexity lab, x-rays, mammography, ultrasound, ECHO, and retail pharmacy
• Monday Friday schedule, outpatient only
• No Call
• Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
• Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
• Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
• Full practice support from the larger Health System

• Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician
• At least 1 year of post residency experience required
