- Abdominal, Endoscopy, Liver, Stomach, Gallbladders, Appendix, Colon, Laparoscopy & Spleen.
- Preferred: Pediatrics, Thyroid, Pulmonary & Vascular.

• Trauma Level: IV
• Other Info: Agency physician will not supervise any APP & Anesthesia coverage is provided by CRNA group.

Requirements:
• ND License/IMLC (In progress is acceptable)
• BC/BE (If BE, must be 3 yrs post US residency)
• ND DEA
• ACLS
• Without revoked license/privileges
• Local/Drive-in candidates (preferred)
