• Duties/Responsibilities
- Discharge Summary/Med Rec
- Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings
- Weekly Care Plan Documentation
- Pre-Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines
- Prescribing Narcotics
- PAPE/H&P
• 24-hr Services Available:
- General, Neuro, CT, Ortho, Vascular
- Lab, Anesthesia
• Beds in the Dept: 20
• Other Info:
- Will supervise APPs
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active CT License
• BC/BE
• DEA
• ACLS
