• Nursery Admission: 2 per day
• Physician in Practice: 4
• Support Staff: 10 APPS, Full complement-RN, CNM's, 24 hour Peds, Anesthesia and surgical PAs
• No of Beds: 16 (6 labor; 10 postpartum)
• Lab and ultrasound onsite
• Nursery Level: I
• Required Procedures:
- OB: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.), F HR Interpretation NST/CST/FSE,OB ultrasounds, P erformance of Interpretation,OB ultrasounds, P erformance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
- GYN: D &C,Surgical Gynecology Open,Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, L OA s, Chromal Tubation,Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA s
- L&D: R outine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section,Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.,VBAC s,Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
• Other Info:
- No Outpatient or elective surgeries
- Other OB/GYNs will provide coverage during Locums coverage dates
• EMR: Meditech
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active MA License
• BC/BE
• BLS
• Local candidate (highly preferred)
