We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position in North Carolina, near Fort Bragg. This opportunity involves providing supplemental coverage at a facility serving a broad patient base. The position offers flexible scheduling with multiple available dates in late 2024.

• Location: Near Fort Bragg, NC
• Specialty: Emergency Medicine (MD)
• Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient (hospital privileges not required)
• Start Date: October 7, 2024
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts, both day and night coverage
  • Open ICU
  • 1 physician + 2 mid-level providers
• Daily Patient Volume: 90-100 patients
  • Physicians typically see 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift
• EMR: Meditech 6.1
• Trauma Level: N/A
• Support:
  • Two physician assistants/nurse practitioners for support
  • No admissions or rounding required
• Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
  • Must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Must hold a North Carolina medical license
  • NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
• Temporary Privileges: Available
• Housing: Hospital-owned apartments provided
