Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Facility in Coal Center, PA seeking Family Medicine locums coverage Rates: 170/hr Facility is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a full-time position starting in January 2025. The role is clinic-based, seeing a variety of patients of all ages in a freestanding healthcare center. The assignment is for four months, with the potential for extension beyond May 2025. Start Date:

• January 13, 2025

End Date:

• May 2, 2025 (Potential for extension)

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 4 pm
• Friday: 8 am - 3 pm
• No Call
• Up to 18 patients per day:
• 9 patients in the morning session
• 9 patients in the afternoon session
• 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm lunch break (30 min lunch and 30 min paperwork)

Setting:

• Freestanding clinic
• APP Mid-level coverage available from 8 am - 4 pm

EMR:

• eClinical Works

Duties:

• Wellness visits
• Physicals
• Well-child visits
• Sick visits
• ER follow-ups
• Hospital follow-ups
• Pre-op visits

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• ACLS/BLS Certified Required
• DEA License Required
• Pennsylvania License preferred, but will accept IMLC candidates
• Experience: Will consider candidates just out of training
• No call and no hospital rounds
