Setting: Ambulatory clinic, OR procedures, and hospital call coverage

Duties & Requirements

Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Clinic Volume: 18-22 patients/day
Required Procedures:

Office-based cystoscopy
Bread & butter urology procedures in OR

Call Coverage:

24-hour call on weekends
After-hours call during the week
Call coverage for ER and hospital
No pediatric cases (adults only)
30-minute response time required

Support Staff: TBD
Rounding: No routine rounding required

Credentialing & Requirements

Timeframe: 90 days
Board Certification: Required (Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of residency)
Licensure: Illinois license required (IMLC accepted if in hand)
DEA & CSR License: Required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
