Responsibilities:

• Shift Length: Ideally would like 1 week per month (including weekend) with ongoing coverage. Weekend Hours are Fri 5p Mon 8a. Clinic hours are 8a - 5p
• Patient Volume: IP Average is 3- 5. ED Annual Volume is 1200 (Average 3-4 pts/weeknight) (Average 7-12 pts over the course of entire weekend). Average 14-16 pts/day in Clinic (50/50 adults/peds - typically more adults)
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
• Trauma Level: IV

Qualifications/Requirements

• License: MN
• DEA: MN
• Board Certification: ABEM or ABFM
• Life Supports: BLS, ATLS, AHA (american heart association) ACLS (will not accept any other ACLS, it has to the be AHA one)
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Required, exemptions available
